Yes there are inflammatory cells with macrophages  
 
No argument on these picture for tumoral infiltration

Nothing to add to Martines diagnosis. Cytology and photography are very nice, in particular the high power of the macrophage with the vacuoles, is very clear. The size of the image  
600px x 450px is just perfect.

Blood, granulocytes, and one macrophage, no tumor. Fixation and staining (Papanicolaou? H&E?) very good.
