Huge multinodular    retroperitoneal  tumor.

I  made     a  diagnosis of  well-differentiated  liposarcoma   based  on    features  as   images   4089, 4091.  Focal  features  of   myxoid   liposarcoma  (not  shown), but    large    components    are   nonlipogenic  (all  other  images).    Is  this    a  sclerosing     type of    well-differentiated  liposarcoma or    dedifferentiation  (low-grade)  ?

I favor the diagnosis of a low grade dedifferentiated retroperitoneal liposarcoma, i.e. a well differentiated liposarcoma with a low grade (fibromatous) non lipogenic component.
