male patient 50 ys old , presented clinically with generalized lymphadenopathy (cervical, axillary & inguinal) , excision biopsy from inguinal LN was done; microscopically there is partial effacement with montonous small lymphocytes , with irregular nuclei and pale cytoplasm
My question: Is this a case of mantle cell lymphoma?
Thanks

High power images (6,7,8,9,10) allow the diagnosis of lymphoma, composed mainly of small lymphoid cells. On image 6 an area with large cells is seen.
Dr.Hyjek inquired already if you have any facilities for immunostains. Coud you please be so kind and let us know?
